Featured Singers:  Cast members from the New Opera Workshop development of Caravana de mujeres.  The composer, Nicolas Lell Benavides, and librettist, Laura Barati will be in attendance as well!

Silent Auction:  You can peruse performances, wine and liquor baskets, restaurant gift cards, as well as some really unique and special items! There is truly something for everyone!

Bio

 Colombian tenor based in Boston, recognized internationally for his extraordinary talent and warm personality. The core of his thriving performance career is to share the joy of singing from the heart.  Some recent engagements include Mario from Tosca with Opera 51, Nemorino from Elisir d’Amore with Boston Opera Collaborative, Werther with Barn Opera, Alfredo from Traviata with MassOpera, B. F. Pinkerton from Madama Butterfly with Central City Opera. La Resurrección de la Fe by Juan Pablo Carreño with the Philarmonic Orchestra of Bogotá, and An Opera Celebration with the National University of Colombia Conservatory in Bogotá Colombia.  David is a New England Conservatory’s Master of Music and the National University of Colombia Conservatory’s Bachelor.  For more information, visit DRBTenor.com.

Mezzo-soprano Charleen Andújar engagements include “Irina” in The Seagull, “Reporter” and “Young Woman” in Thumbprint, “Lota” in La Corte del Faraón, “The Mistress of Novices” in Suor Angelica, “Mercedes” in Carmen, the cover of Carmen’s lead role at San Luis Opera Festival in Mexico, soloist in the Berklee International Folk Festival, Ensemble member in the musical The Juke produced by Moonbox Productions, and has performed with the Berklee Society of Composers. She has sung as chorister with the New England Conservatory Symphonic Choir, Palmetto Opera, Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra, Puerto Rico Philharmonic Orchestra, and Opera of Puerto Rico. Charleen is an alumna of the internationally awarded San Juan Children’s Choir, Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music (B.M.), and Boston Conservatory at Berklee (M.M.).

Bio

Alexandra Roges, soprano, attends Boston Conservatory at Berklee and will be receiving her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance this May! She has recently performed in Chabrier’s L’Étoile and scenes from L’Elisir d’Amore and Falstaff. She will be performing in Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and After Eve, a student chamber opera premiered by the Fenway Opera Club. She will also be in scenes from Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia and Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel. She is currently the Marketing Intern for Guerilla Opera and the Vice President of the Latinx Student Alliance at Boston Conservatory. Roges comes from Orange County, California and plans to pursue her Masters in Music this fall. She gives great thanks to her family and mentors!

Alexandra Dietrich, a Puerto Rican American, is a mezzo-soprano who joined the University of Southern Maine in the Fall of 2019 as Artist Faculty in Voice. She has performed with MassOpera where her performance as Jo March in Adamo’s Little Women was hailed as “large of personality with an instrument to match”, possessed “polish and star power”, and was awarded the ArtsImpulse Award for Best Female Performer in an Opera for her portrayal. Notably, Ms. Dietrich performed featured back-up vocals for Josh Groban at Tanglewood. Favorite roles to date include Anita in West Side Story with Asheville Lyric Opera, Jade Boucher in Dead Man Walking with BOC, Carmen in NEMPAC Opera’s Carmen, and Zita in Gianni Schicchi with the North Shore Philharmonic Orchestra. www.DietrichDirectorMezzo.com
